Lynn is available to give workshops or lectures at meetings and conferences.  With a degree in Education, Lynn can provide a three (3) hour class that is “hands on” and full of information. She will provide a class outline for each participant so that they can then teach the same class in their community. The class will focus on the needs of individual caregivers, Sewing Class teachers, Community Service Group Leaders, and Activity Directors.  These hands on workshops give participants an opportunity to make a simple “caregiving item”. The classes can be geared to caregivers or community service groups to enable them to go back home to share these easy to sew ideas. The participants will need a sewing machine and basic sewing supplies. Each participant will be provided with materials and pattern to make an easy to sew item to take home with them. The item should focus on the special needs of the conference participants.  If sewing is not possible at the conference, consider a one hour lecture on “How to Turn Ordinary Items Into Extraordinary Helpers”. Lynn can turn a day at the hardware store, variety store, and fabric store into a “Pandora’s Box” of ideas. The hour will be filled with the exclamation of --- “Why didn’t I think of that???” Price quotes are based on class size, travel, and class materials.
